Registration for courses must be accompanied by payment in full. Payment may be made by Visa or Mastercard. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to the course date, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less 15% for cancellation charge. If a workshop does not meet minimum registration requirements the workshop may be cancelled and the registration payment will be returned in full.


Where personal information is required for use of the website or in interacting with the website it is the Columbia University policy that information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential. The personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by appropriate staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information.
