Dely Guastavino

Dely Guastavino came to The School in 2008 right out of college. She holds a B.S. in Physical Education and Health Education, a Masters of Arts in Curriculum and Teaching in Physical Education and a Education Masters in Applied Physiology. She is passionate about how exercise affects the brain and student learning. She integrates mindfulness and brain gym practices into her physical education classes and advisory program. She enjoys helping teachers bring movement breaks into their classroom to help student focus and development. Dely works to instill in her students an appreciation for an array of physical activities and Wellness concepts in order for them to find personal connections for lifelong investment in their health. Dely loves playing softball and coaching volleyball, basketball, and softball.
