Spiro Tzakis
Spiro Tzakis is a first grade teacher at The School at Columbia University. He earned his Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Teaching at Teachers College, Columbia University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Theatre at the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, New York University. Spiro has been teaching in independent schools throughout New York City for the last 5 years. He enjoys creating and developing curricula that encourages play and creativity, and focuses on social justice practices.
